德赛恩治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤的疗效观察

Efficacy of dermacyn on deep partial second-degree burns

目的:观察德赛恩对深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的疗效。方法:采用同体对照试验方法。选择20例烧伤面积小于60%的深Ⅱ度烧伤患者,试验侧以德赛恩仔细清洗创面并湿敷;对照侧用磺胺嘧啶银霜剂治疗,采用半暴露或包扎疗法。隔日换药一次,疗程不超过28 d。结果:试验侧和对照侧的患者7 d创面愈合率分别为(11.5±1.6)%和(10.5±1.6)%。13 d创面愈合率分别为(33.2±2.8)%和(31.3±2.7)%。创面平均愈合时间分别为(20.0±2.7)和(22.1±3.0)d。组间比较差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。未发现明显不良反应。结论:德赛恩治疗深Ⅱ度热力烧伤的创面愈合时间短于磺胺嘧啶银。

Objective ： To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Dermacyn on deep partial second-degree burn wounds. Methods： 20 cases ages 18 to 65 with burn area 〈60% , of deep partial second-degree burns were treated with Dermacyn or with silver sulfadiazine as control. Partial exposure or enswathement were adopted and dressing was changed every other day. The treatment duration was no longer than 28 days. Results： The 7-days wound recovery rate in the treatment group and control group was （ 11.5± 1.6） % and （ 10.5 ± 1.6） %, respectively, while the 13-days wound recovery rate was （33.2±2.8）% and （31.3±2.7）%. The mean wound healing time was （ 20. 0±2.7 ） days for the treatment group and （22.1 ±3. 0） days for the control group. The difference between these two groups was significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no obvious evidence of adverse effects. Conclusion ： Compared with silver sulfadiazine, Dermacyn can reduce the healing time for deep partial second-degree burns.
