2001-2005年我院抗肿瘤治疗用药分析

Analysis of antineoplastic drug uses in our hospital form 2001 to 2005

目的:对我院2001-2005年抗肿瘤治疗药物的应用状况和发展趋势进行分析。方法:统计抗肿瘤药的销售数量、金额、类别、DDDs、国产与进口药品销售变化等指标,进行回顾性分析。结果:抗肿瘤药物销售金额逐年上升;植物类抗肿瘤药物紫杉醇5年来销售金额均排名第一;杂类药物销售金额增长迅速,一些新型的靶向治疗药物和前体药物不断应用于临床且取得了较好的疗效。结论:我院抗肿瘤药物仍以化学治疗药物为主,使用呈增长趋势,药物种类和用药方案多样化,靶向制剂和前体药物逐渐成为药物研究的新方向。

Objective： To analyze the status of the antineoplastic drug uses in our hospital from 2001 to 2005 and the development trend. Methods： We reviewed and statistically analyzed the sales volume, sales amount, categories, DDDs of antineoplastic drugs, the changes in the sales of the local or import drugs, and similar index. Results： The sales amount of the antineoplastic drugs had been growing year by year, and the botanical antineoplastic drugs such as taxol ranked the first in sales amount. There was also a rapid growth in the sales of other drugs. Some new targeted drugs and prodrugs had being constantly applied and got satisfactory clinical effects. Conclusion： The primarily used antineoplastic drugs in our hospital are still the chemotherapeutic agents, and their uses show an increasing trend. The species of the chemotherapeutic agents and medications become more diverse. The use of target-oriented drugs and the prodrugs has become a new trend following drug research and development.
