自动电离室的选择对数字化胸部正位投照影像质量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 对胸部后前位投照250例患者进行了分组,并对投照影像质量的影响结果进行了分析,结果行配对资料的秩和检验,各分组间p>0.05。结果表明:自动电离室的选择对数字化普通摄影胸部正位像的肺纹理显示没有影响,选择双侧探测野或三探测野可以最小的曝光剂量得到满意的影像质量。 Divides 250 PA position patients into three groups. Dealts the result with the rank sum test of matched-pairs information, p〉0.05 in each interclass after analyzing the influence of projection image quality. The results show: The choice of automatic ionization chamber makes no influence on pulmonary markings in ordinary photograph with chest reverse S-line of Golden. And it can get the satisfied image quality with the minimal exposure dose by choosing double acquire campus or tri-acquire campus.
