摘要
对黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)和芽孢杆菌(Bacillus Subtilis)混合纤维素酶液的活性进行了研究。结果表明,当黑曲霉和芽孢杆菌粗酶液的体积比为4∶1时,酶活力最高,达273.4μg/(mL·min);混合酶液最佳反应pH为7~8;最佳反应温度为60℃。Mn2+和Fe2+对混合酶液的活力有显著的激活作用,而Mg2+存在一定的抑制作用。
Activity of compound cellulase with Aspergillus niger and Bacillus Subtilis was studied by DNS methods. The results showed that activity of enzyme was highest 273.4 μg/(mL·min) when the volume ratio of Aspergillus niger- Bacillus Subtilis was 4:1 ;the optimal reaction pH was 7 - 8 ;the optimal temperature was 60 ℃.The activity of compound cellulase was stimulated by Mn^2+ and Fe^2+ evidently, and inhibited by Mg^2+.
