摘要
采用翻转肠囊法研究离体肉鸡小肠对硫酸铜、氧化铜、纳米氧化铜的吸收速率。结果显示,在培养时间为0.5h时,纳米氧化铜的吸收速率显著高于硫酸铜与氧化铜(P<0.05);在1h和1.5h时,吸收速率纳米氧化铜高于硫酸铜与氧化铜,但三者之间差异不显著(P>0.05);各组肠道吸收速率前段均高于后段(P>0.05)。试验表明,肉鸡小肠对纳米氧化铜的吸收速率高于硫酸铜和氧化铜。
The everted gut sac experiment was used to study the absorption rate on the ex vivo small intestine of broiler chickens.The results showed that:the intestinal absorption rate of nano-Cu was significantly higher (P 〈 0.05)than that of CuSO4 and CuO within 0.5 h,At the time of 1 h and 1.5 h,there was no Obvious difference(P 〉 0.05) on the rate of intestinal absorption in the three groups.The absorption rate of the anterior segment intestine was higher than that of the posterior segment intestine (P 〉 0.05).The experiment indicated that the intestinal absorption rate of nano-Cu was higher than that of CuSO4 and CuO.
