Information resources construction and information service are the two major subjects of a digital library and the integration of both is the inevitable trend of a healthy development of digital libraries. On the basis of the case analysis of China Academic Digital Library ＆ Information System （CADLIS）, the paper has explored the integration of resources construction and information service.
