通过对哈尔滨市图书馆387位女性读者进行问卷调查:了解近年来女性读者到馆比例、阅读习惯及阅读倾向。据此,掌握图书馆读者群体中女性读者的相关情况,为有效开展用户研究、有针对性地搞好用户教育、阅读指导和读者服务工作提供了依据。

Through the effective understanding of the questionnaire survey to 387 female readers in the Harbin Public Library we have found the ratio of female readers in the public libraries, reading habit and reading trend. On this basis, we have mastered the corresponding situation of female reader in the reader population, which has provided basis for an effective reader study by the Harbin Public Library, implemented user education oriented to the readers and provide reader instruction and reader service work.
