摘要
以山葡萄品种"左山一"、"双红"和山欧杂交种"公酿一号"为试材,研究了在不同盐碱胁迫下当年生扦插苗叶片中游离脯氨酸含量、膜透性和硝酸还原酶活性的变化。结果表明:盐碱胁迫使游离脯氨酸含量升高、细胞膜透性增大、硝酸还原酶活性增强。
Physiological characteristics of Vitis amurensis （Zuo shanyi, Shuanghong, Gongniangyihao） under salt stress were studied. The results showed that saline-alkali stress promoted content of proline, increased membrane permeability, and promoted activity of nitrate reductase.
