摘要
利用发酵玉米秸秆粉、EM菌、硅藻土3种物质对农田栽培人参土壤进行改良。结果表明:3种物质施入后土壤有机质含量可提高17%-82%,pH值提高2.8%-9.9%,速效磷提高6.5%-90.9%,速效钾提高12.1%-98.0%,有益微生物放线菌数量提高120.7%-310.3%;人参根长增长5.0%-29.0%,根粗提高0.8%-35.0%,根重提高0-14.0%,总皂苷含量提高7.7%-53.9%。3种物质的适宜配比可有效改善土壤理化性状和微生物环境,促进人参根的生长,达到较好的土壤改良培肥目的。
Using the fermentation corn straw, the EM fungus and the diatomaceous silica, the soil of farmland for ginseng culturing was improved. The results indicated that after using 3 kinds of matter, soil organic matter increased by 17%-82%, pH increased by 2.8%-9.9%, availible P increased by 6.5%-90.9%, availible K increased by 12.1%-98.0%. The amount of beneficial microorganisms actenomycetes increased by 120.7%-310.3%, the length of ginseng root increased by 5.0%-29.0%, root diameter increased by 0.8%-35.0%, root weight increased by 0-14.0%, total gin- senosides increased by 7.7 %-53.9%. The conclusion: The chemical environments and microbes environments of soil were improved remarkably after 3 kinds of matter were used, thereby promoted the growth of ginseng and achieved the objective of soil amelioration.
