摘要
在SOA的工业自动化控制中,需要将数控设备所提供RS232或RS422/RS485串行通信接口等现场总线,映射为相应的制造WEB服务。数控设备WEB服务网关可将现场总线设备连接到互联网并发布为制造WEB服务,实现各种嵌入式网络服务以融合异构网络。此文给出了数控单元WEB服务网关的软硬件设计,还重点介绍了SOAP的压缩传输方案,以改善WEBSERVICE的传输性能。
In industrial controlling based-on SOA, Field bus such as RS232 / RS422 / RS485 requires to mapping as corresponding WEB Service. The Numerical Control-oriented WEB Service gateway translates the Field bus interface into WEB Service and publishs it on embeded networks. This paper introduces the design of software and hardware, and stresses the method to improve the performance by compressing SOAP message.
