摘要
研究了钢框架梁柱螺栓连接中的接触摩擦机理以及在节点非线性有限元计算中的应用.采用ANSYS有限元软件,在分析接触摩擦机理的基础上,研究了钢框架梁柱螺栓连接的接触摩擦理论,给出了接触对单元和刚度方程、接触算法和接触摩擦模型,试验结果验证了理论计算的合理性.通过一个算例说明了接触摩擦理论在螺栓连接中的应用.有限元方法是解决梁柱螺栓连接摩擦接触问题的一种有效方法;基于ANSYS软件,采用本方法可很好解决螺栓节点非线性有限元分析中的摩擦接触问题.
The contact friction mechanism of beam-to-column bolted connections in steel frames and its application in finite element analysis are studied in this paper. Based on the contact friction mechanism, the contact friction theory is discussed by ANSYS software. The contact pair element and stiffness equation, the contact arithmetic and the friction model are given, The test results validate the calculation model reasonable. An example shows the application of the contact friction theory in finite element analysis of the bolted connections. It is concluded that the finite element method is an effective method to resolve the contact friction problem of beam-to-column bolted connections. Based on ANSYS software, the methods iia this paper can be used to resolve the contact friction problem in nonlinear finite element analysis of beam-to-column bolted connections.
