摘要
介绍了天铁冶金集团公司与常熟市龙腾特种钢有限公司合作开发生产B级热轧球扁钢的生产实践。对生产过程中的存在的强度偏高、内部和表面质量等问题进行了分析,提出了降低碳、硅含量,改变结晶器锥度,改进保护渣,稳定二冷水量等解决办法,取得了较好效果。
The paper introduces the production and practice of grade B hot rolled bulb steel,developed and produced jointly by Tianjin Tiantie Metallurgical Group Co.,Ltd.and Changshu Longteng Special Steel Co.,Ltd..It analyses the problems of high strength and bad internal and surface quality,brings forth solutions of reducing carbon and silicon content,changing mould taper,improving covering slag and stabilizing secondary cooling water flow rate.Good results are obtained.
