摘要
针对在热负荷试车过程中,铁水预处理系统喷枪、铁水倾翻车及扒渣机所出现的故障,对其程序、控制回路进行检查和改进,使脱硫系统恢复了正常生产,降低了故障发生率,设备运转良好。
Regarding the failure at jet,hot metal tilting car and skimmer for molten iron pretreating system during on-load commissioning,the author checks and improves the pretreating system 's program and control circuit.The desulfuration system is brought back to normal production and the probability of fail-ureislowering,the equipment runs well.
