摘要
采用通排揭顶翻修法翻修三孔炭化室,在隔热保温设施、布炉安排、滑动层的设置、膨胀量的预留、立火道保护装置、烘炉设施等方面进行了改进,比起切段部分火道翻修技术更有推广价值。
The three hole carbonization chamber is repaired by roof-open repair method.Modifications in aspects of heat insu-lating facilities,material distribution in furnace,sliding layer setting,reservation of expansion,vertical fire tube protection and furnace drying facilities are made.The method is more worthwhile to promote than the repair technology with fire tube partially cutting.
