摘要 [目的]研究轻型客车制造企业焊装工艺的职业危害特征,探讨防护对策。[方法]按全国课题组统一设计的调查表与国家标准、规范及规定的方法、进行调查、检测。[结果]焊装车间空气中粉尘、二氧化锰浓度基本符合职业接触限值的要求,噪声强度合格率仅33.3%,尚未发现职业病患者或疑似职业病患者。[结论]对现代汽车企业的职业卫生监管,仍须继续重视、关注与加强。 [Objective] To study the occupational hazard of welding and installing workshops for a minibus manufacture company, to explore the protection countermeasure for the disease control. [Methods] The risk factors were investigated and detected by uniform questionnaire and national and standard method. [Results] The dust and the manganese dioxide concentration were mainly lower than occupational contact limiting value in welding and installing workshops. The pass rate of noise levels was 33.3% only, and no occupational or suspect occupational case found. [Conclusion] It is still important to strengthen occupational health supervision for the automobile company.
