儿茶素对小鼠造血祖细胞的刺激增殖作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察儿茶素对小鼠造血祖细胞增殖作用。方法:通过造血祖细胞培养观察儿茶素对小鼠CFU-E、BFU-E、CFU- GM、CFU-Meg生长的作用。结果:加入儿茶素工作液后,CFU-GM、CFU-E、BFU-E、CFU-Meg集落数均明显升高。至100 mg·L^(-1)时,各系造血祖细胞集落数均增加至最高,与未加儿茶素的实验组相比均有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:儿茶素可明显促进小鼠造血祖细胞(CFU-GM、CFU-E、BFU-E、CFU-Meg)的增殖,并可与造血生长因子起协同效应,具有明显的造血促进作用。 Objective: To study the effect of eatechin on proliferation hematopoietie progenitor cell (HPC) in mice, Method: Cultivation of HPC in vivo was used to observe the influence of catechin on growth of CFU-E ,BFU-E ,CFU-GM ,CFU-Meg in mice. Result: The numbers of CFU-GM, CFU-E, BFU-E, CFU-Meg were obviously increased under the effect of eatechin. The numbers of CFU-GM, CFU-E, BFU-E, CFU-Meg reached to the maximum when 100 mg.ml^-l eateehin solution was added into the culture system, which were significantly higher than those of the group without catechin( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Catechin can obviously stimulate the proliferation of CFU-GM, CFU-E, BFU-E, CFU-Meg of mice.
