抗感灵片的质量标准

Quality Standard for Kangganling Tablets

目的:建立抗感灵片的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对处方中金银花和荆芥进行鉴别,用高效液相色谱法测定片中绿原酸的含量。结果:薄层色谱鉴别的斑点清晰,分离效果良好;绿原酸在2.5～100μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r= 0.999 9),平均加样回收率为100.7%,RSD为2.0%(n=6)。结论:方法简便易行,重复性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制标准。

Objective： To establish the quality standard for kangganling tablets. Method： The Flos lonicerae, Heba schizonepetae were identified by TLC. The chlorogenic acid in kangganling tablets was determined by HPLC. Result： The spots in TLC were clear, the chlorogenic acid showed a good linear within the range 2.5 -100 μg.ml^-l （r =0.999 9） ,The average recovery was 100.7% with RSD 2.0% （ n = 6）. Conclusion： This method is simple, rapid and has a good repeatability. It can be used for the quality control of kangganling tablets.
