摘要
目的:观察3种临床常用头孢菌素类药物在转化糖输液中的配伍稳定性。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测量5个头孢菌素产品在室温下与转化糖注射液配伍后6 h内不同时间的含量变化,并观察溶液外观性状及pH变化。结果:5个临床常用头孢菌素产品与转化糖输液配伍后,外观、pH及含量均无明显变化。结论:3种临床常用头孢菌素类药物在常温下与转化糖输液配伍宜于6 h内使用。
Objective： To study the compatible stability between three cephalosporins for injection and invert sugar infusion. Method： The contents of five cephalosporins production for injection were determined by RP-HPLC at different time within 6h after mixing with invert sugar infusion,the appearance of the solution were observed, the pH of the solution were determined. Result： No marked changes were noted in the contents, appearance and pH assay of five cephalosporins production mixed with invert sugar injection. Conclusion： Three cephalosporins can be used within 6h after mixing with invert sugar injection at room temperature.
