摘要
目的:建立RP-HPLC法测定芪菊口服液中黄芪甲苷含量。方法:色谱柱为Nova-Pak C_(18)柱(150 mm×3.9 mm,4μm),流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸(1:2:0.1),流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长为203 nm。结果:黄芪甲苷在1.006~10.060μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为98.11%(RSD=1.49%,n=5)。结论:本方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,可用于该制剂质量控制。
Objective: To develop the content determination method of astragaloside in Qiju oral liquid by RP-HPLC. Method: The Nova-Pak Cls column (150 mm × 3.9 mm,4 μm)was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid( 1:2:0.1 ), the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1, the UV detection wavelength was at 203 nm, Result: The linear response range of astragaloside was 1. 006 - 10.060 μg( r = 0,999 6 ), and the average recovery was 98.11% ( RSD = 1.49% , n=5 ). Conclusion: The method is simple , accurate and high sensitivity. It can be used for the quality control of qiju oral liquid.
