南桐选煤厂采取有效措施,降低介质消耗:选择合格磁铁矿粉、确定合理添加方式;从弧形筛筛条角度、分料箱分流均匀度、振动筛及喷水管理等方面提高脱介筛的工艺效果;从磁选机工作参数、控制入料浓度、建立清理制度等方面加强磁选机的分选效果;建立现场监控制度,从全方位加强管理,降低介耗。

Effective measures taken for reduction of medium consumption at Nantong coal Preparation Plant,which are:qualified magnetite selected,reasonable way of medium addition defined;performance of de-medium screen increased by proper angle of screen wire at sieve bend,evenness of proportional medium flow at split-flow box,and management of screen and spray water;separation performance of magnetic separator improved by adjustment of operation parameter,control of feed density,and rule for facility cleansing practiced;in-plant monitoring regulation set up to realize omni-bearing management and reduce medium consumption.
