摘要 岱庄煤矿选煤厂针对动筛跳汰机存在缓冲油缸损坏频繁、筛体振幅调节不便、压力传感器与阀体直接相连、主提升油缸活杆与缸头脱节、筛板与框架结构为一整体等问题,采取了一系列有效的改造措施;改造后的动筛跳汰机运行稳定,振幅调节灵活方便,分选效果显著提高。 A series of effective measures taken against the drawbacks of the moving-sieve jig used at Daizhuang Coal Preparation Plant as:frequent breakdown of the buffer oil-cylinder,inconvenience amplitude adjustment of the vibrating screen,direction connection of the pressure sensor and valve body,disjunction of piston rod from head of the main lifting cylinder,screen plate and frame structure made as a whole body;after conversion,the jig operated smoothly,amplitude adjusted quickly and conveniently;separation performance increased obviously.
