摘要
为探讨一类RFID标签芯片与缝隙天线的快速匹配规律,矩量法研究了弯折缝隙天线的阻抗随其几何结构参数变化的规律,得到了阻抗实部与虚部随几何参数变化的曲线.对于一类RFID标签芯片,实际匹配过程与仿真结果显示,通过调节相应几何参数,缝隙天线与此类标签芯片的匹配方法具有直观、快速和高效性.最后,对制作的UHF标签缝隙天线进行实际测试,结果说明所设计的天线基本满足RFID标签应用要求,从而也说明所研究的匹配方法的可靠性和可操作性.
To probe into the match method of RFID tag chip with the slot antenna, The rule of impedance change with geometry, parameters of bent slot antenna matched with RFlD(Radio frequency identification) tag chip is investigated by MOM (method of moment), The curves of both real and imaginary part of impedance of slot antenna varying with its geometry parameters are obtained, For a set of chips, practical matching process and simulation results show that the matching method between slot antenna and tag chip has high matching speed, efficiency and directivity with adjusting the geometry parameters of the slot antenna for RFID tag antenna design, Finally, one slot antenna used as RFID tag antenna at 915MHz frequency band is presented. Both simulated and measured results show that the proposed antenna is satisfied with RFID application. This also validates the reliability and maneuverability of presented matching method.
