摘要
设计了一款采用PIC16F877单片机为电子控制单元核心的汽车电动助力转向系统,全文详细介绍了该系统的工作原理和硬件组成,重点对各传感器信号的采集处理电路、电动机的驱动电路、离合器和继电器的控制电路、电机电流的采样电路等进行了研究设计。实验表明,该系统具有输出扭矩平稳、转向控制灵敏、抗干扰性强、稳定性高等优点。
An electric power steering system controlled by PIC16F877 singlechip which is the core of electric control unit is designed in this paper. The principle of the EPS and hardware circuit is particularly described, The circuits of signal collectting and processing, electromotor driving,clutch and relay controlling are emphases. The experiment results show that the system has many advantages, such as the stable output torque,sensitive sheer control,strong anti-jamming,more stability and etc.
