摘要
太阳能LED照明系统的发展在很大程度上受到了散热问题的影响,将半导体制冷技术应用于太阳能LED照明系统解决系统的散热问题是一个新思路。本文在对半导体制冷技术原理分析的基础上,针对太阳能LED照明系统,采用基于微控制器的半导体制冷系统来解决散热问题。实验证明,半导体制冷系统对解决太阳能LED照明系统散热问题具有良好的效果。
Presently, the development of solar energy LED lighting system has been great influenced by the radiation problem. Applying the semiconductor refrigeration technology to solve this problem is a creative new way.This paper carried an analysis of conductor technology theory, Designs the semiconductor refrigeration system using microcontroller to solve the solar energy LED lighting system radiation problem. The experiment shows that, the semiconductor refrigeration system in solving the radiation problem of solar energy LED lighting system achives very good effect.
