摘要
阐述复杂光电产品的环境应力筛选方法及其与环境试验、可靠性增长试验的关系，分析典型环境应力、筛选效果、筛选应力的确定准则以及可靠性保证试验，并用具体试验方案举例说明其有效性。
Environmental stress screening methods for complex electro-optical products and the relationship between the method and environmental tests and reliability increasing tests are described. Typical environmental stress, screening effect, determination criterion of screening stress and reliability assurance tests are analyzed, and their effectiveness is illustrated with specific test scheme.
