摘要
目的:以人工合成肽为抗原基质建立酶联免疫吸附试验,检测EB病毒抗体。方法:以人工合成肽作为抗原,建立ELISA试验,并检测93例鼻咽癌患者和106名正常人的血清。结果:以临界值0.259为阳性判断标准,93例鼻咽癌患者血清中,阳性63例,敏感度为67.7%;106名正常人血清中,阳性8名,特异度为92.5%。结论:所建立的以合成肽为抗原基质的EB病毒酶联免疫试验适用于鼻咽癌患者的筛查。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the EIASA method by synthetic peptide to test antibody of Epstein-Barr virus(EBV). METHODS: Based on the reported amino acid sequence of EBV, one synthetic peptide was synthesized by solid-phase peptide synthesis. Then the synthetic peptide was applied as an antigen to detect the specific IgA antibody from serum in 93 NPC and 106 normal healthy subjects by EIASA. RESULTS: The value of O, 259 was selected as the threshold value for positive results. Among 93 sera from NPC patients, 63 were positive, the sensitivity was 67. 7%, while 8 of 106 normal sera were positive, the specificity was 92. 5%. CONCLUSION: This ELISA method using synthetic peptide as antigen was special, sensitive and simple, is suitable for early screen of NPC.
