高频彩色多普勒超声与X线钼靶联合应用对乳腺癌诊断价值的研究

Diagnostic value of high frequency color Doppler mammasonography combined with mammagraphy for breast carcinoma

目的:探讨高频彩色多普勒超声(CDU)和X线钼靶摄片联合检查对乳腺癌诊断的实用价值。方法:123例女性乳腺癌患者均经活检和(或)手术后病理检查确诊,均采用高频CDU、X线钼靶摄片检查并结合病理诊断进行统计分析。结果:高频CDU、钼靶X线摄影及两者平行(并联)检查诊断乳腺癌准确性分别为76.4%、81.3%和90.2%。两种技术联合应用与单纯高频CDU、X线钼靶相比,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:高频CDU、X线钼靶摄片平行(并联)检查可提高乳腺癌诊断的准确性。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the value of high frequency color Doppler mammasonography combined with mammagraphy in the diagnosis of breast carcinoma. METHODS： A total of 123 female patients with breast carcinoma were all confirmed by means of biopsy and （or） postoperative pathological examinations. All the patients were examined by the high frequency color Doppler mammasonography and mammography. The diagnostic accuracy were analyzed on the basis of pathological diagnosis. RESULTS： The accuracies of color Doppler ultrasonography, mammography and both together in the diagnosis of breast cancer were 76.4%, 81.3% and 90. 2%, respectively. When Doppler ultrasonography and mammography combined together, it was significantly higher than of only use the Doppler mammasonography or mammography, P〈0.05. CONCLUSION： High-frequency color Doppler mammasonography combined with mammography highlights the accuracy in the diagnossis of breast carcinoma.
