转化生长因子β_1与乳腺癌的研究现状 被引量:6

摘要 目的:通过文献复习探讨转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)与乳腺癌的相关性。方法:采用联机检索,在清华同方、万方数据、重庆维普和MEDLINE数据库中,对近5年的文献中以或乳腺癌、乳腺肿瘤和转化生长因子β1为进行分别和联合检测。共分别检出60000篇和40000篇。其中,转化生长因子β1与乳腺肿瘤有关的文献52篇。结果:转化生长因子β1与乳腺肿瘤的发生、发展及转移密切相关,特别是肿瘤进展期。但表现出作用的矛盾性,即在乳腺癌早期,TGF-β1抑制肿瘤生长,但随着肿瘤的进展,体内TGF-β1含量明显增高,出现恶性肿瘤的异常增殖及远处转移。而癌细胞转移的现象可在应用TGF-β1抗体后消失。结论:TGF-β1有可能成为乳腺癌转移机制和抗肿瘤研究的新领域。相信随着研究的深入,TGF-β1对乳腺癌的治疗、预后具有重要意义。 OBJECTIVE: To explore the relationship between transforming growth factor β1 and breast cancer through literature review. METHODS: The papers published during a period of 5 years lately were searched with the keywords or subject words "breast cancer, breast neoplasm and transforming growth factor beta 1", respectively or combinedly, from CNKI, Wanfang data, CQVIP and MEDLINE. The articles found in the bibliographies were 60 000 and 40 000, respectively. Among the total articles concerned with TGF-β1 and breast neoplasma were 52. RESULTS: Transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) is found to be closely associated with the occurrence, development, and metastasis of breast tumor, especially the advanced tumor. However, the contrary results are shown. In the early stage of breast cancer, it acts as a growth inhibitor; but in the process of tumor progression, it loses growth inhibition and stimulates growth promotion. Anti-TGF-β1 antibodies exhibit inhibition of the tumor metastases. CONCLUSION: TGF-β1 may become a novel arena in the studies of breast cancer metastasis and treatment, and play an important role in the therapeutic and prognosis of breast cancer.
