摘要
目的了解护士人工气道湿化知识掌握的现状,为进行有针对性的培训提供依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对180名护士的人工气道湿化知识掌握情况进行调查。结果护士对人工气道湿化的目的、人工气道湿化与吸痰的关系、湿化和吸痰前后是否需洗手的知识掌握较好,正确率为89.8%以上;对人工气道湿化的作用、常用的湿化液种类知识的掌握欠缺;对人工气道湿化方法的选择、湿化液的温度、湿化液用量、湿化不足、湿化过度的评估知识掌握情况较差,正确率为54.0%以下。护士对人工气道湿化液用量的知识掌握和人工气道湿化不足评估程度分别与护士的工作年限和护士所在科室有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对护士进行分层次、有针对性、有系统的人工气道湿化知识的培训,对提高人工气道护理的质量和护士人工气道湿化知识具有积极的意义。
Objective To investigate the status of nurse's knowledge and skill of humidification of arificial airway so as to provide the basis for carrying on pertinent training. Methods Self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the knowledge and skill of aaificial airway humidification among 180 nurses. Results The nurses were good in the knowledge of the necessity and the goal of humidification in artificial airway, the relation between humidification in artificial airway and sputum absorption and whether to wash hands before and after sputum absorption. The correct rate was more than 89.8%. The nurses were poor in the knowledge of the function of humidification in artificial airway and the kinds of common humidifying solutions. They were even poorer in choosing the method of humidification in artificial airway, the temperature and volume of humidifying solution,and how to judge insuffcient or excessive humidification,with the correct rate below 54.0% .The understanding degree at the volume of humidification solution had relation to their working lifetime, and the department they worked at, the differences significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Systematical training of knowledge and skill in humidification of arificial airway at different levels may play a role in the improvement of artificial airway nursing and promotion of their early rehabilitation.
