聚硅硫酸铁除浊试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 以硅酸钠、硫酸铁和硫酸为主要原料,采用复合共聚生产工艺,制备了聚硅硫酸铁(PFSS)絮凝剂。通过正交试验确定了PFSS的制备条件。并与聚合铝、聚合铁、硫酸铁进行了除浊性能对比。研究表明,聚硅硫酸铁的最佳合成条件为:SiO2含量2%、Fe/Si为0.6、pH值为1、聚合反应温度为40℃、时间为20min。聚硅硫酸铁对模拟浊水及纯化油田污水具有较好的絮凝效果,优于聚合铝、聚合铁、硫酸铁等常用水处理剂。 Polyferric silicate sulfate(PFSS),which was a type of high efficient inorganic polymer flocculant,played an important role in water treatment.PFSS was prepared by compound polymerization production technology.The preparation conditions were optimized through orthogonal tests.Flocculation effect was tested by determining turbidity of simulated waste water.And the flocculation effect of PAC,Fe2(SO4)3,PFS were also tested for comparing.The optimal synthesis condition includes SiO2 content is 2%,Fe/Si is 0.6;pH is 1,polymer reacting temperature is 40°,reacting time is 20 min.PFSS is used in treating waste water in Chunhua oilfield and a satisfactory result is obtained.
