摘要
介绍了天然气热值水流法测定的原理及方法,分析了各实验测量参数对实验整体误差的影响情况。针对其中燃烧冷凝水量、进出水温差、燃气燃烧总量、燃气折算系数等4个参数对天然气低热值的影响较大,影响程度依次降低,而燃烧冷凝水量的测量精度对测试结果的影响最为显著等问题,通过分析认为延长测试周期,提高实验测试过程中燃烧冷凝水量、进出水温差、燃气燃烧总量等参数的测试精度后,可有效减小测试误差,提高整体实验准确度。
An introduction to the measuring method and the measuring principle of the caloricity of natural gas with water - flow calo- rimeter is presented, and an analysis is made on the errors being tested. The influence made by the caloricity of natural gas is compared and they are very different. The sources of the measuring errors in the testing is analyzed from the condensate water, the temperature difference, the gas capacity, gas coefficient, etc. The measurement error of the condensate water is one of the most important factors. Corresponding methods to reduce measurement errors are put forward, including extending measurement cycle, decreasing measurement error of the condensate water and the temperature difference. Experiment results show that these methods can effectively reduce measurement error.
