摘要
文章应用高效液相色谱法对德州郊区土壤进行检测,测定了不同土壤样品中的尿素含量。样品取自麦田、菜园、河边等不同地点,分析柱采用C18色谱柱,以纯水为流动相,用紫外检测器检测,测定波长190nm,室温下进行检测。该法相关性好,精密度高。通过对谱图和数据进行分析,得到不同土壤中尿素的含量,在农业生产中可以起到一定的指导作用。
High- performance liquid chromatography is used to determine urea in different suburban soils in Dezhou. Samples have been collected from different places such as cornfield garden and riverside, etc. C18 chromatogram column is used. Pure water is used as the mobile phase, and the wavelength is 190 nm. This method has high precision. The content of urea is got from the charts and data. It can be used to guide agricultural production.
