LD泵浦准连续运转Cr:LiSAF激光器谐振腔的设计与实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 本文从理论上叙述了半导体泵浦的准连续运转Cr:LiSAF激光器三镜折叠腔的腔型设计,并从实验上实现了准连续运转,在泵浦平均功率为12mw时,得到激光振荡,斜率效率达15%. The design of the folded threemirror cavity for the LD pumped Q - CW Cr: LiSAF isdescribed,and the quasi continuous wave operation was achieved in our experiment. We have obtainedlaser oscillation when the average pump power was 12m W with pulse rate of 300Hz and pulse width of,150ps at 670nm. The output power was more than 2mW under the average pump power was 26mW,The slope efficiency is 15 %.
