摘要
分析小型分切机同轴收卷方式在强度和弹性模量低、蠕变性大、平整度差和厚度偏差大的薄膜材料分切中存在的缺陷和原因,提出独立工位收卷设计与改造方案解决分切质量问题。
Analyzes the existence flaw and reason about the intensity and elasticity coefficient,smoothness difference and thickness deviation which the small slitting coaxial machine have in the divides of membranous material .proposed that the independent location receives volume design and the transformation plan solution minute cuts the quality question.
