摘要 本文采用一步加工法、两步加工法和母料直接加入成型法对阻燃抗静电PE管材料的加工和挤管成型加工等工艺进行了研究,试验结果表明:采用两步加工法加工生产的阻燃抗静电PE管材料分散性好、产品性能稳定,无污染、有利于大规模化生产。 In this paper, processing step, two-step process of direct materials and home to join the forming of fire-retardant PE of antistatic materials processing and extrusion of forming such as technology research, test results showed that: The two-step process of the production process Flame-retardant antistatic PE dispersion of the material, and product performance and stability, non-polluting and is conducive to large-scale production.
