摘要
本文对12Cr1MoVG锅炉高温过热器蛇形管弯头裂纹的形成原因进行了分析,研究发现裂纹的形成与弯管应力状态、内表面质量、腐蚀介质的腐蚀有直接的关系。应力加上腐蚀介质的作用使锅炉高温过热器寿命大幅度降低,因此,在过热器的制造和使用过程中,要综合考虑各种因素的影响,只要控制措施得当,问题是可以避免的。
The crack formation of boiler's serpentine tube using 12Cr1MoVG steel has direct relation with stress condition of elbow pipe, internal surface quality and corrosion medium. The action of stress plus corrosion medium cause the life length of boiler's superheater greatly decreased, for in the manufacture and application procedures of boiler's superheater, every factors should be considered. Only do control measures correct, many questions would be avoided.
