摘要
应力腐蚀是最重要的腐蚀问题之一,它对飞机的使用寿命和飞行安全有很大影响。本文详尽阐述了此种腐蚀的形成条件和腐蚀过程,并利用电化学腐蚀与腐蚀控制原理探讨一架DC-8客机刹车储压器应力腐蚀破裂的原因、腐蚀状态及防腐措施,以达到延长飞机寿命和确保飞行安全的目的。
Stress corrosion constitutes one of the most important corrosion problems, as it most seriously and adversely affects the service life and flight safety of the airplanes. The paper explains in detail the forming conditions and corrosion process of the corrosion and, by means of electrochemical corrosion and the controlling principle in dealing with corrosion explores the cause of stress corrosion cracking, corrosion condition and anticorrosion measurements of the brake accumulator of aircraft DC-8, in order to lengthen the airplane's service life and to eusure flight safety.
