2007年俄罗斯原油产量达到4.91亿吨,比上年增长2.1%。原油一次加工量达到2.29亿吨,同比增长3.8%,汽油、柴油、燃料油产量均有所增加。2007年俄罗斯出口原油2.59亿吨,同比增加4.2%;原油出口外汇收入达到1141.45亿美元。成品油出口1.11亿吨,比上年增加8.44%,其中燃料油占出口的50%以上。2007年俄罗斯生产天然气6531亿立方米,出口1910亿立方米,产量和出口量同比均略有下降。全年油气出口(包括成品油)创汇达2084亿美元,占俄罗斯全年出口收入的59.11%。管道建设成绩突出,布尔加斯-亚历山德鲁波利斯原油管道、南流天然气管道、滨里海天然气管道等跨国管道项目均取得重要进展。2007年,俄罗斯政府进一步加强了对国内油气资源的控制;继续推动对独联体国家气价和矿产资源开采税的调整;《东部天然气规划》获得政府批准,萨哈林地区将成为俄罗斯东部地区向亚太地区出口天然气的资源基地。

2007, Russia crude oil output reached 491 Million tons, up 2.1% year over year (YOY). Crude oil distillation throughput reached 229 million tons, up 3.8% YOY. Gasoline, diesel and fuel oil generally increased. Crude oil export reached 259 million tons, up 4.2%. Foreign exchange income from crude oil export reached 114.145 billion USD. Oil product export reached 111million tons, up 8.44%; of which fuel oil accounted for more than 50%. 2007, Russia's natural gas output reached 653.1 billion cubic meters, export 191 billion cubic meters; both output and export declined. Income from gas & oil (including oil product) export reached 208.4 billion USD, or 59.1 1% of total Russian income from export. Pipeline construction saw a significant achievement. Burgas-Alexandroupolis crude oil pipeline, South Stream gas pipeline, pre-Caspian gas pipeline and other cross-border pipeline projects all achieved substantial development. 2007, Russian government further strengthened control over domestic oil & gas recourse, continued to push adjustment on gas price for CIS countries and mine tax. East Natural Gas Plan has been approved by government; Sakhalin will become a resource base of east Russia to export natural gas to Asia-Pacific region.
