研究Banach空间上等距C0群的性质，据此讨论了C0半群的渐近稳定性和C0半群完全轨线的存在性．在文章的最后，回答了黄发伦提出的一个关于渐近稳定性的猜测．

In this paper, properties on C, isometric-semigroups in Banach Spaces are stud-ied. By using thesc results, the asymptoic stability and the existence of trajectory for Cosemigroups in Banach Spaces are studied. Finally, a guess on the asymptotic stability possedby Huang Falung is solved.
