摘要 借助统计分析、理化分析以及浇注系统模拟等综合分析手段,以气缸头盖压铸件为例,对压铸缺陷以及工艺过程可变性进行综合诊断,确定缺陷的状态、产生规律和原因,并在此基础上,针对整个铸件生产过程提出了相应的改进措施和优化方案,使压铸件质量得到明显的提高。结果表明,上述综合分析手段,可以有效的为压铸件的缺陷分析和质量控制提供依据。 Based on studying the die - casting part of the cover of cylinder, this artcle diagnosed the defect and the change ability of technical process for die - casting by using the statistic analysis, physical chemistry analysis and the simulation & analysis of casting system, then pointed the status, the rule of appearance and the root cause for the defect. According to the above mentioned, the article also pointed the relevant technique of improvement and optimiza- tion which can improve the quality of die - casting parts. It was proved that the method of above integrative analysis can help us to analyse the defect and control the quality for the die - casting parts when they are produced.
