针对在动物生物化学教学过程中出现的问题，从趣味引导教学、口诀速记教学、分析讨论教学、对比教学和多媒体辅助教学5个方面探讨改进动物生物化学教学的方法和手段，从而提高动物生物化学的教学质量。

To the question that emerged in the process of Animal Biochemistry teaching, this paper will discuss on the methods and means of Animal biochemistry teaching on five aspects, i.e. teaching of interesting guide , teaching a sharp angle Shorthand, teaching of analysis and discussion, teaching of contrast and teaching of CAI. Thereby, the quality of teaching can be enhanced and the students are better able to lay a solid foundation for the follow-up course of biochemistry.
