摘要
提出了一种基于公理设计(axiomatic design,AD)理论与发明问题解决理论(theory of inventive problemsolving,TRIZ)的集成模型.公理设计的优势在于流程分解,TRIZ的优势在于冲突解决.通过集成获得无耦合或解耦设计的创新方案,再比较方案的信息量,优选最佳方案.废旧沥青混合料加热装置设计的应用实例说明,所提出的方法能有效指导工程机械产品的方案设计.
A novel hybrid model is proposed based on axiomatic design (AD) theory and innovative design (i.e. TRIZ) theory. Moreover, the advantage of AD involves process decomposition, whereas TRIZ aims at confliction resolving. Upon completion of uncoupled and decoupled design alternatives, the optimal design option can be then obtained regarding information sources. For the purpose of engineering design, a case study on waste asphalt mixture heater design is used to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed model.
