摘要 虽然CAN总线广泛应用于汽车等工业领域,但是在一些硬实时系统(hardware-enabled real-time system)中,比如线控转向和线控刹车,CAN的实时性能满足不了应用要求.为了改善CAN的实时性能,引入了基于时间触发的控制器局域网(TTCAN).主要对TTCAN协议的机理和协议的实现方法进行了研究,并且利用单片机和其他辅助硬件实现了该协议,并将其应用于智能压路机的控制系统上面.压路机上使用的TTCAN模块主要用于控制发动机、变速器、压实机构、行走系统控制以及转向系统控制,等等.试验证明,基于T89C51CC01单片机TTCAN节点为压路机在各种环境下稳定、可靠地运行提供了保证. Although the controller area network(CAN) bus is broadly employed in such as automotive industry, it has not yet fulfilled practical requirements in some hardware-enabled real-time systems, e.g. steer-by-wire and brake-by-wire systems. To improve its real-time performance, the time-trigged controller area network (TTCAN) bus is developed to resolve this impact. In this respect, the TTCAN module is designed for tire rollers to control automotive motor and gearbox, rolling mechanism, walking and steering system. By applying in intelligent rollers, the TTCAN-bus hardware implementation is finally conducted based on the T89C51CC01 single chip microcontroller (SCM) to provide a stable yet reliable working condition.
