摘要
通过分析JT-16ZF-A型谐波励磁无刷同步发电机结构特点和性能要求,利用工程设计的方法,设计出了一种双闭环励磁调节器,并对所设计系统进行了仿真.为了验证仿真分析结果,在自主研发的串联式混合动力牵引车上,对所研制的励磁调节器进行了负荷渐变试验、负荷突变试验,试验结果与仿真结果吻合较好,从而为串联式混合动力牵引车的两种动力匹配和提高整车的工作性能奠定了基础.
Based on the structural features and performance requirements of JT-16ZF-A harmonious wave excitation brushless synchronous generator, an excitation regulator is designed and simulated in terms of double closed loops. To validate the simulation results, the excitation regulator is tested under gradually-and spontaneously-changing loads on a serial hybrid power tractor. It is found that the simulation results concord well with experimental results. Therefore, this approach secures a crucial position in matching two different powers and improving tractor performances.
