摘要
首先根据磁流变液减震器工作原理,即磁流变液减震器通过线圈电流改变磁场调节磁流液在阻尼通道中的流动实现对减振器阻尼力的控制,并根据此原理试制出了减震器.其次根据减震器试验标准,对设计的减震器进行台架试验;在试验过程中对力传感器和位移传感器进行了标定,然后采集力信号及位移信号,并对试验数据进行了分析.
In this paper, a novel damper is developed based on working principles of the magnethorheological (MR) damper, viz., based on the notion that the coil current can alternate the magnetic field, the magnethorheological liquid flow is adjusted in damping channels so as to control its damping forces. Afterwards, a bench test is conducted according to damper testing standards. In the testing process, a dynamometer and a displacement transducer are demarcated. Finally, the force and displacement signals are sampled and analyzed.
