大豆农艺性状QTL研究进展

QTL Research Development of Agronomic Characters in Soybean

摘要 大豆的许多重要农艺性状和经济性状是受多基因控制的数量性状。近十几年来,由于分子生物学特别是分子标记技术的飞速发展,许多植物高饱和的分子连锁图谱的构建,因而可以更深入地进行数量性状的研究。针对大豆产量和品质等性状,综述了近年来关于大豆QTL研究进展,并讨论了目前大豆定位研究存在的问题。 Most of the important agronomic and economic characters of soybean are quantitative traits.In decade years,fast development of molecular biology,molecular marker technique especially,and the construction of high-saturated genetic linkage mapping of many plants,benefit us in further study of quantitative traits.According to yield and quality characteristics of Soybean,the advance in the research on QTL of Soybean in recent years are reviewed,the existing problems in QTL location research of Soybean are discussed.
