精播区小麦LDS全息定域繁种机制初步研究

Preliminary Research on Seed Propagation Mechanism of LDS Holographic Biosome Iocalized of Wheat in Accurate Seeding Areas

摘要 应用全息定域选种理论,构建了"粒"、"段"、"穗"(缩写成LDS)3级不同种源的全息定域繁种机制框架,通过在上等肥力菜地借助提早播种和精播稀植配套措施,克服了选用最强遗传势部位的"粒"种和"段"种带来的种源只是常规繁种机制1/27的矛盾,实现穗行圃再经原种田直接供应原种的"一圃一田"制,缩短繁种周期,有效发挥良种强遗传势。 Using the seed selection theory of holographic biosome localized,the mechanism framework of seed propagation of holographic biosome localized containing three-grade different provenances of grain,segment and panicle has been constructed,with matching measures of in-advance sowing,accurate seeding and light planting in upper fertility vegetable soil,has overcame the contradiction which seed source that was grain and segment seeds from heritability position was 1/27 of conventional mechanism of seed propagation,has realized "one nursery to one field" system which seed source of panicle nursery was directly supplied by original seed field,the cycle of seed propagation was obviously shortened,genetic dominance of good seed was developed.
