摘要
分析了双卧轴振动搅拌机的机构特点及其工作原理,建立了合理的振动搅拌叶片的数学模型;并通过对模型的分析和计算,得到了叶片固有频率、弹性常数和计算质量的计算公式,可以较准确地求出振动搅拌叶片的各参数.
Based on analyzing mechanism and working properties of double horizontal shaft vibratory mixers, a mathematical model of the vibratory mixing vane is established. Further studied, the innate frequency, elasticity constant and calculation mass of the vane are obtained. Eventually, the parameters of the vane can be solved more accurately.
