摘要
通过分析河北省现行土地利用总体规划调整的相关政策,系统阐述了土地利用总体规划调整的形式、适用条件和范围及其应用中应注意的问题,并在此基础上提出了完善河北省土地利用规划调整制度的对策和建议。
Based on the analysis on the existing policies of generral land use planning adjustment in Hebei Province,this paper discusses the pattern and application scope of general land use planning adjustment,and probes into the problems which should be paid attention to in application of thus adjustment.To perfect the adjustment system of land use planning of Hebei Province,then some countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
