On the Implementation of Family Planning in Rural areas

西部某省A乡计划生育人员在B村对违反计划生育政策超生的妇女曾某强制要求其执行绝育手术时,由于曾某对绝育手术的不了解和计划生育人员态度和方式的不合理性,造成曾某对绝育手术的深度恐惧,喝下农药,最后因中毒过深抢救无效死亡。

Family planning as one of our country＇s basic policies,it was widely recognized,but many phenomenon of unreasonable and illegal still existed in this process that the policy was inplemented by administrative organ,especially vast rural and economic backward areas.This article discussed enforcement actualities of family planning work,analysed the reason to cause the issue of rural family planning,some measures was put forward.
